John Mackay's family owned the Watten Hotel for at least 30 years.
    He still lives in Wick.

If you need to get in touch for any reason, let me know.

Are you looking for the Watten Hotel which is now the Brown Trout, or the Watten Hotel just outside Watten on the Wick side???

The Watten Hotel which is now the Brown Trout was owned by Fred and Jess Brown for years, and was taken over around 1989, and has had 2 or 3 owners since. The Watten Hotel just outside Watten is now owned by Catherine and Alan Mackenzie.

Hope this helps with your search.
