    Do you have a big file you want to send but, your I.S.P. won't let you because it's too big?
    Try this. Haven't tried it myself yet. Especially good for dial up.

    i found the easiest option is to just transfer it with msn messenger, seems to have taken everything i have thrown at it in the past

    msn messenger is slower than a week in jail for file transfer
