Default Wednesday MMA / Russian Martial Arts training

Todays training went very well, and it has made me consider a Wednesday night RMA class, again at Dunbeath Hall. I would also consider opening a class again in Wick or Thurso.

If anyone is interested in a mid week training session, let me know, and if the numbers are there ill organise it. Sundays will also be a regular 10 am session.

Well after todays session i'd be up for doing something midweek. That way i'd be able to guarentee attending at the very least one session a week. Unfortunatly work will occasionally get in the way .

I found the RMA stuff really interesting and anybody looking in on this thread thats thinking about coming along should just give it a try, im confident that you wouldn't be dissapointed.

Right, Wednesday night class now on, 7 - 8:30 pm Dunbeath hall.
Ive update the website, www.evolvedmartialarts.co.uk, and if you register you can find out more about the training, and chat on the forum etc.

This Wednesday night will be easier than Sunday in so much as we will cover the principles behind biomechanics and movement, and being half an hour earlier means less Tabata and HIIT!!!

Very low number for this wednesday class, so unless numbers pick up it will be Sundays only, which has a good number.
