    Default sound gun + saxifer in skinandis sat 2nd may

    inverness based rock band sound gun are coming north to play skinandis this saturday night 2nd may with support from local rockers saxifer , the gig is to mark the end of the o'neil surfing tournament, dont miss out on a great night.
    doors open 7pm 1st band on 7:30 8:00 ish.

    I did feel sorry for Saxifer, they played a really good set.

    Yes we did, looks like we were the only ones. it was a paid rehearsal for us.lol
    Moved on round to the Comm with Diesel n Dust to a packed house. Great night all round.

    We were playing orkney so i wasnt there-why is everyone sorry for saxifer? What happened?

    Its probably fair to say the gig wasnt very well advertised to its target audience.

    That and Soundgun, although very tight and good musicians, just were a bit...............well boring!

    Thats a bummer. It's a rare chance to see stevie in full flight. I've no seen him playing in ages. Well, i'd have been there if i wasnt in orkney.
