Policies being proposed to address global warming are not justified by current science. They are in fact a dangerous threat to freedom and prosperity around the world. The environmental movement has transformed itself into an ideology that seeks to restrict human activities at any cost, while pursuing an impossible utopian dream of a perfectly "natural" world. The supposed threat of human civilisation against a fragile earth has now become an article of faith, especially in the realm of global warming activism. The biggest threat to freedom, democracy, market economy and prosperity at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st is no longer socialism. It is now the ambitious, arrogant, unscrupulous ideology of environmentalism.

As usual, when it comes to so called global warming, Wiki is wrong.

I can't see any downward trend in that dataset. It appears that you are wrong about Global Warming but if you have evidence to say Wiki is wrong please feel free to make an account with them and alter their entry but you need good evidence for your assertions though. I always find that slagging wiki is a shallow arguement with hollow words.

Yet over the last 10 years temperatures have risen more slowly, causing some to claim that global warming has stopped. I'm not usually noted for adherance to articles of Faith.

But surely a point of view which says that Anthropological greenhouse gases are not responsible for most of the warming that has occurred is a matter of stronger Faith of the blind kind when there is clear tangible evidence of warming and rises in anthropological greenhouse gases?
