    She was very reluctant to go anywhere near a television camera. But Dick Cavett somehow persuaded her. Now the interview show is on U-tube. The interview was shot in 1973 in New York City. She is an amazingly vital presence and obviously enjoying every moment.

    Thanks for the link rich - gonna watch all those wee bits at my leisure.

    As well as her autobiography "Me" I have read "Kate Remembered - A Personal Biography" by A Scott Berg which is a marvelous personal tale built around the reminiscences of Katharine herself. She was some woman!
