    Default tongue

I'm looking for ideas about what to use to press the tongue after it's cooked. I was going to use a bowl with a plate on top weighted down but only trouble is it won't make it a very nice shape. Any ideas please?

once the tongue is cooked then just put it into like a baking tray then a sheet of greaseproof then a smaller tin and a weight i.e. milk or tins of something

it will take around 24hrs to take shape and it should be gelatinus when you take it out

hope this helps let me know either way please
