i just need to ask u all to think of these cocker spaniels,bred by myself.their owners have always kept in touch...sadly their cockers are now ill.it makes me very sad......

BRAMBLE....AGED 4...POSS. CANCEROUS LYMPH GLAND.results known soon,from a biopsy.



MOLLY...AGED 6 ...VERY AGGRESIVE CANCER...still enjoying life in suffolk with her family.,but her life is going to be very limited.

PEPE....AGED NEARLY 11............SKIN PROBLEMS...BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A VARIATION OF PEMPHIGUS.now on huge steroid doses and antibiotics.has responded since monday...back to dermatologist specialist vet in glasgow ,on friday.

the latest news on PEPE,from his family ..is that he is no worse,but if his quality of life does not improve greatly ,within the next 14 days,they will let him go to the rainbow bridge.
PEPE is still eating,drinking and going for very short walks,but he is on so much medication,that his family do not like this,but felt they had to at least give him one last chance.he is on a very strong human painkiller,so no longer in pain.he is still managing to be silly and cute at times,so life in the old dog yet.

his family tried many times to have children via every method...no joy,so he really is their baby.they will be utterly devastated if/when he leaves them.
he is so like his mum,my pippa..now at the rainbow bridge...uncanny.she will be there waiting for him,along with his brother,bertie and sister,bliss.

Main thing is that the meds. they're on is easing their pain and they aren't suffering. My thoughts and prayers are with them and their owners, also you, Binbob.

updates on PEPE.....he is not too good,spoke with his owner today,the high doses of steroids are taking their toll.a decision will be taken quite soon ,i think.will let u all know.

BRAMBLE..at last good news..the lump was a very large hard abscess.vet tried to do biopsy and discovered this.she is now on a course of antibiotics...........thanks,god.

MOLLY...no more news presently...so no news is good news!!!!

Binbob my thoughts are with you .. I have 3 spaniels and they are dearer to me than most humans. they give unconditional loyalty and love and are such good company. Id pick them over most humans. some people just don't understand the love a pet owner has for his pet. I hope yours have improved health.
