Artic Roll
Just wondered if any one could help.I would love to have a go at making my own artic roll but don't have a recipe .Any help would be gratefully received.

Just make an egg sponge spread it with jam and top with ice cream.
Egg sponge:
2 large eggs
2 oz caster sugar
2 oz self raising flour
Whisk the eggs and sugar together until they get thick and leave the trail of the whisk in them. Fold in the sieved flour. Pour into a parchment lined tin and bake in at 200C for 10 minutes or 'til golden brown. When it has cooled, spread with some warmed jam and top with ice cream.
