Default SEPA to help cut energy costs for business

Never mind INDUSTRY perhaps if SEPA had not made it compulsory to use these ridiculous energy consuming waste treatment (septic) tanks that all planning applicants need now. Ordinary households would not be wasting the huge amounts of electricity that they consume. ( mine equivalent of a least 60 a watt bulb running 24 hours a day all year long ) Did these SEPA folks never consider the house holder?. What was wrong with the ordinary SEPTIC TANK that worked well enough for all those prior years. But we are lumbered with these new things them now with no such thing as help from SEPA.
