Default Tulips bring splash of colour to Thurso - Part 2

Inspired by Bill Fernies recent photos on the .org (thanks Bill) - here is my take on the same subject taken today (14/05/2009). Some of the flowers were probably past there best, but better late than never.

Like the third one, caught the colours of the tulips really well, the 2nd one i think the white narcissi? are lost against the rather pale colours of the background.

    Thumbs up

They are all lovely but agree with MPH that no 3 is the best.

Yeh, great shots Deemac, just a pity about that bluidy phone box in No 3, the eye is just drawn to it!

Thanks folks - yes I had cloned out the street light in shots 1 and 2 but apathy struck on fixing #3. With effort the telephone box could be dealt with but I must confess to not liking the composition of #3 so much anyway!! (which most seem to prefer!)

I like all three photos, especially the first and second. The only thing that detracts from the third, in my opinion, is the fact that the tree is covering the upper half of the church.

I agree Sporran - like the first for it's splash of colour and the 2nd for it's serenity
