    I was thinking turnstone but not sure very small bird eating scraps from where the fish had been unloaded to the mart.

    Similar but not quite the same, there were 2 this afternoon on the harbour wall Thurso river.

    Many thanks nemosia, was quite surprised at they did not seem at all shy, have never seen them this far north.
