    Twice we had the most beautiful light in the morning now this week! It definately pays to get out early :-) Great shots for a compact!

    These were taken with a Panasonic Lumix LX3. Very impressed but there are drawbacks, better as a landscape camera than a portrait.

    Yes there are times when I just cant be bothered with all the gubbins that a DSRL camera demands!! This looks like a nice compromise facility wise (f2-2.8, 10Mp, RAW files, 24mm lens etc etc.) Bit pricey tho, but as I have learned with photography - you get what you pay for!!

    My old 5Mp Pentax compact is starting to make strange noises . . . . . .:-))
