Swiss variation on porridge
Birchermuesli (my MIL's recipe)
Per Person
1 tablespoon oats
1 apple (grated)
Yoghurt (plain or fruit)
Lemon juice
Fruit (berries, bananas...whatever you like)
Sugar
Milk
Just cover the oats with water and soak overnight.
Next morning, add to (uncooked) oats:
Grated apple
1/4 carton yoghurt
Lemon juice to taste
Fruit
A little sugar
A little milk
Enjoy!
