Fish keeping

Hi,

I'm new to the world of tropical fish keeping.
I've had my tank for around 6 months and have only ever bought fish from Pets at Home.
Do any of you buy fish by mail order and if so can you recommend any good online shops?

No we never constructed the cabinet ourselves we got it custom made for us and collected it from Sheffield

Hey guys n gals...

I have a 260 litre tropical tank and a 300 litre marine tank. Have to admit its a bit of a myth being hard to keep marines and expensive, yeah its expensive in large tanks but theres nano tanks on the market now and there easy to run an just do a monthly water change. The main filtration through a marine system is the rock, its live rock and this live rock forms the bio filter. The only chemical filtration I run is stuff called rowaphos and filter wool, and then put carbon in every so often to polish the water up. I had a nano tank but now its just sat doing nothing. An theres a specialist marine shop in Conon-bridge called Planet-Ocean, its not too far away and is a gr8 place
