Well I have just spent some time extracting a video from the vcr which was popped in the wrong way round by my youngest! Seemed like an impossible task (but was easy in the end) as there were only two screws at that back and all the metal panels seemed to be fitted like a wee puzzle! (For anyone with a Sony vcr that this happens to just flick open the front facia by flicking three wee catches on the bottom.)
Anyway my point is that while I had the vcr out I fixed the arial cable which has been wonky for a wee while but was one of those "och wiggle it and it will be fine" things! It is no longer wonky/wiggly - so every cloud, etc, etc.........

Everything happens for a purpose - no, but there are happy coincidences and happy outcomes! Glad you're sorted. Do you think you could sort our Freeview out?
