    The boy he gave his all
    to try and overcome them all
    at Flushing Meadows he stumbled
    at the last hurdle but his
    Nation is so proud of the boy

    To be the best in the world
    he has to overcome the rest
    I hope he wont stumble to reach
    that last hurdle and do a great Hoy

    He is a young lad of that we are glad
    so Injury free he will go with hope
    and with pride he did us proud
    to keep Scot on the map all round
    Its nice to be nice
