New Bignold Park Play Area opens this Sunday

The newly constructed play area in Wick's Bignold park will be officialy opened this Sunday the 6th of July.

The play area is to be called "The Nold" and has been provided by Wick Play Areas Community Group after over two years of fund raising and planning.

To celebrate the event, the group wish to invite everyone along for the opening from 2pm when as well as all the new modern play equipment there will be a fun afternoon including a bouncy castle, refreshments, beat the goalie and various other entertainments.

Any funds raised on the day will go towards the creation of new and improved leisure facilities for the young people of Wick.
