creme fresh and chillies make for a nice dip for crisps or veg sticks

or make a home made salsa with tomatoes, green chillies and peppers and it is well yummy as well as being a healthy option! just blitz them all in whatever proportion you like or just roughly chop!
alternatively run on treadmill while eating the normal dips and offset the badness!
