Thread: Leopard slugs

    Default Leopard slugs

I don't know if this is the right place to post but, here goes.
I have two leopard slugs that live between two stone flower beds......
Is it true that they eat the bad slugs that do damage to plants...as I have seen no baddies since the leopards came, in a bag of fresh potatoes from over west, last year. They are now around 5-6inches long.... couldn' stand the thought of hurting them as they are very pretty in a sluggish sort of way...maybe I have just gone mad...............

Yes its true, only thing is thwey eat plants aswell, so you may end up with n small slugs and 2 fat slugs that have eaten everything in sight.

Although i dont like slugs, well done for letting them stay..
    Have you named them.
