    Default Chicken pakora

    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    - 1 tsp. garlic paste
    - 1 tsp. ginger paste
    - 2 green chili, ground
    - 1\2 level tsp ground turmeric
    - 1 tsp. Red chili powder
    - 1 level tsp. salt
    - 1 tsp. ground Coriander
    - 200 g. gram flour, sieved (besan)
    - 2 tbs. Coriander leave
    - 2-3 drops of Yellow food color
    - about 300 ml water

Make the batter, then simply dip the chicken into batter and deep fry.
    Really simple but awesome flavour.
Does approx 450g of chicken, if you have any batter left add mushrooms or Onions to make a bhaji.

Sounds like a good recipe but why put colouring in it? Will turmeric not make them yellow enough for you?

It will but it can sometimes make it a bit "pealy wally" without the colour!

In alot of indians they use red colour as opposed to the yellow, but some of that has banned additives in it!!!
