    Default Identify this flower, please!

This flower is about the same size as a buttercup and has the same shiny yellow petals...only MORE of them! The leaves are similar to a buttercup. It was growing at the edge of a hay field. Does anyone know what it is?

It is maybe Ranunculus acris Flore pleno - the double flowering meadow buttercup.

I agree, it does look like Ranunculus.
A 1991 Gallup survey indicated that 49 percent of Americans didn't know that white bread is made from wheat.
