Question One day I,m gonna name one lol

This one is so low growing and minute even i almost missed it but obviously more robust than it appears .... it was growing at the side of the tarmac path in the kids swing park by the river ... but a very dainty flower none the less
If its profound what was the name of the golfer and what did he find?

Think it could be Buxbaum's speedwell from the leaves, another alien species that has spread throughout these islands, originally from Asia.
