    Default A836 Road at Bettyhill still closed?

    I've just had a garbled text in to say the A836 Road at Bettyhill is still closed? I know this accident happened over 6 hours ago - we've got friends coming that way, does anyone 'out west' know if the road is open/closed? nothing on Traffic Scotland as far as I can see..

    "A member of a group of 13 Norwegian motorcyclists has been seriously injured in a road crash in Sutherland in the Highlands.."

    It said on Radio 2 half an hour ago that it was still closed but whether this can be trusted is anyone's guess!!

    Dont know if its still closed, but it will take a while for the traffic police to get up from dingwall to investigate so that may be holding things up x
    The nice thing about living in a small place is that if you dont know what you are doing....there's always somebody who does,or thinks they do! x
