Good question. It's been an excellent growing season so far, and an early season to boot.
Bedding and basket plants are well advanced, and the Council's (if they have any) must be begging to get outside. Let's watch the space . . .
Are the Highland council putting any planters out this year or have they ran out of money, or are they going to put last years ones out, or are they not going to bother at all?
A 1991 Gallup survey indicated that 49 percent of Americans didn't know that white bread is made from wheat.

Heard they are waiting till you head off to Perth Deacon, incase they entice you to stay.
As far as I'm aware, the Highland Council has not put out baskets or planters for donkeys, if ever. The one's you're referring to will be the ones put out by the Community Council "Flowering Baskets" committee.
I'm glad my brain kicked in before I asked " What donkeys?"
That would have been embarrasing!
Hey Deacon, why aren't you in Perth? You should be long gone, kid.Originally Posted by deacon blue

Do you think the Highland Council would fund that or will you get a grant from CASE?
Sorry Deacon, couldn't resist it. No more though.
But I was keeping to the subject too.
Can someone please explain what hanging baskets have to do with donkeys?
