    Default Bee-Eater

I got a txt from Kas this morning saying "i'm in Inverness looking for a Bee-Eater thats been seen"
I hope she can bring us back a picture.
Bee-Eaters are a rare sighting in the UK and a very colourful bird.
    No pressure Kas.

A wee bit of cross wires. I was in Inverness, the Bee-eater was at the Calder water plant, and as you know the story of my life this week. I never caught up with it. It was gone by the time I got home. GRRRRRRRRR

I have seen photos of it though, and it must be one of the most stunning we have had in Caithness.
    Away with the birds

Its been a great year for Birders in Caithness this year.
With your enthusiasm kas i'm sure you'll get a bird scoop sooner rather than later.
