    Default And these are?

Saw these near Loch Ness the other day. Are they Swallows, House Martins or what?

My guess is that they are barn swallows. Anyone else confirm that?

Yep they are definately swallows. Beautiful birds. There are about 20 or 30 flying about my house at the moment. Summer must be about here

Thanks for that. I didn't know Swallows had brown faces thas why I wasn't sure what they were.

What little cuties they are too, Jim, absolutely adoreable, thanks for sharing.

Since WeeBurdie decided to wake me up before 6:30am this morning, we took the opportunity to watch the swallows flying about out here - I managed to nab a couple of shots, but they're not that great. I love their smart markings, and their amazingly agile flight patterns, WeeBurdie was quite taken with them too!
