    great phot,s KCI...i hope to have a couple on here tomorrow from the cairngorms...the wife and daughters there for a Hen party....we shall see wot they bring back..

    Maiden Pap from your pic you can see how it got it's name.
    I tried for a pic a few weeks ago but it was far to hazy.
    Might have more luck later in the year in finding time to climb it.
    That road is quite good for getting deer pics.
    You had quite a day of contrasting conditions and managed to make the most of it well done.

    LOL - the whole point of the drive down to Braemore, was so that I could get some good shots of deer. It's been a long time since I took the camera with me, and I was hoping to get some good pics - believe it or not, we didn't see a single deer!

    Never mind!

    We always used to see wildlife when we were out in the car - now that I take my camera everywhere with me, we never come across any wildlife!
