1 leek (cut in half and sliced)
5 med onions (cut small)
Clove garlic (minced)
Knob of butter
4 beef oxo cubes
1 chicken oxo cube
salt/pepper


Gently fry the leek and onions in the butter until soft.

Add water to pan and bring to boil.

Season and add oxo cubes.

Simmer for an hour topping up with water if needed.
