    I really must apologise - I thought that the Kaffir Lily and the Clivia were one of the same.
    I had a Clivia had it had wide strap like leaves but now I know that the Kaffir Lily has more slender leaves but the flowers are almost identical.
    I lost my Clivia which I had had for 30+ years when it was attacked by the 'Leatherback beetle' horrid little beast!! Poor plant - it was like one of the family...
