sum neeps, cut them up little bitys, a baked tattie or twa ordinary tatties, peel it an chop it up intil little bitys an'nal.

eh.....usually a leek, e auld chile uses a leek but i put a wee bit o celery in mine, didna hev any leeks......

ye can add an ingin if ye want but i didna hev any o' them either (poor hoose iss...........an i got e neeps for free)

anyway, sorto sweit them a bity in a wee dropy o butter for....ach...10 menids?

then add half water, half milk....bring til e byle (salt an pepper) an when its ready, blitz it wi yon..........blitzer thing.....?

e auld chile adds a drop o cream til mine when its in e plite (sometimes in a little love heart) but i dina cos....its just no good for e hips!
