    They do look lovely. I have noticed the ice patterns on cars first thing in the morning. They seem quite swirly.

    Lol! They're actually just little blades of grass that were sticking out above a frozen puddle, but after a night of hard frost I thought they were amazing, the way the ice had formed such <relatively> big crystals. Nature is amazing!

    WeeBurd, these pictures are amazing. I love them all, the 3rd one however looks (to me) like a winter ladybird as she is about to spread her wings and fly off. As for number 4, i think they could be Christmas trees for elfs and fairies. I always did have a good imagination Te He. Well done WeeBird and thanks for sharing them. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Lizz, i noticed that fairy in the second picture myself but i'm sorry to say i missed her completely in the third one. I see her now though, since you brought her to my attention Te He.

    The thing about ice pictures is they are also so very transient.
