I had a car hire from Bristol airport last month and the lad that was dealing with my hire had a haircut just like that cow.

As per usual with Europcar they got all the arrangments wrong and when I tried to point out the error they had made the lad took a bad attitude with me.

When I pointed out the the mistake they had made he started to wind his neck in and I ask him would he pull the hair off his face when talking to me.

Feeling very angry about the hassle again, but smug about being right we set off on our onward journey.

I have just got my card bill and the little swine has over charged me by £121-15.

I am just writing a letter to them and wondered if I could use this photo so they will have no doubt about who I am talking about.

    No, he did not.

He stuck an extra £121-15 on my card and proberbly stuck his 2 fingers up as I left the building.
