    Shoot me for taking this thread off coos, but I have just had the most delightfull experience ever with a customer service employee.

    A young lady named Pavinder has refunded me my £121-15 in full and as way of an apology has sent me £40-00 worth of vouchers for my next car hire.

    That has restored my faith in mankind.
