    Default Quick Lunches

    Since it is the new year thought I would try and start off healthy!

    Any ideas for quick healthy lunches for myself and 2 kids - fed up with sandwiches and soup!!

    How about wholemeal pitta filled with salad or even tastier white pitta with potato waffles and dairylea cheese slices! Sorry not very healthy but quick and tasty!

    How about baked potatoes with beans or tuna, Scrammbled egg on Toast, pasta salad or tortilla wraps.
