Slow cooker receipes

Can't find any slow cooker receipes, would be very grateful for any help (Hubbie does'nt like any herbs or spices only plain cooking. Never to sure how much stock must be added. Thanks

Beef Stew

1 - 2lb Stewing Steak
1 Onion chopped or sliced
4 Carrots sliced
Mushrooms quartered or sliced(optional)
1pint of Beef stock made with an oxo cube

You can also throw in ur tatties to cook at same time.

Throw it all in & leave on medium all day.

chicken is great in it.. a tip... put the chicken in the dish breast down so all the juices drip through it and it stays moist! yum yum!
