Default A book by our "local historian" available now

The book is called "The Tale of Two Streets" by Harry Gray. It's the story of of Wick Town Centre in the mid 19th century.

I'd have preferred if Harry had written about the 20th century - but having been informed of some of the publication problems here, I'd forgive Harry if he gives any sequel here a big miss.

I believe Harry was doing a signing session in D.R. Simpson's (Wick) today & will be there next Saturday too. If this book is not in my Christmas Stocking I will be sadly disappointed

    P.S.
Oh my goodness - did I forget to mention that Harry's daughter, Amanda, provided a lot of the artwork for the illustrations.......................
