    I posted a test note on your account Rheg, I'm not sure who can see them or edit them.

    Certainly to my knowledge, this feature has never been used on our forum. Also, I'm not sure of what use it may be to either admins/mods or users.

    It looks like you currently have it set so the public can see the notes.

    but the feature is intended to allow staff members to discuss members and keep the information organized rather then having a variety of threads in a staff forum.
