Thin Leg High Boots

Help I need to find skinny leg high boots that fit properly anybody got any ideas as cannot waste any more money I realise its a problem but the ones I just got are sliding down the legs and all lurked aleady !!!!

I have the same problem as you!
All high boots look like im wearing wellies (far to wide at the top) I have not managed to find a solution to this problem either but if anyone has please let me know too!
