Does anyone still eat hotpot? It's got to be the one of the easiest all-in-one hearty meals ever, we love it.
Thickly sliced whole onions and tatties, alternated layers with bacon of your choice in between. Don't add salt or water. Layer in a big casserole with a well-fitting lid and cook in the oven until the onions and tatties are tender.
