    Does anyone still eat hotpot? It's got to be the one of the easiest all-in-one hearty meals ever, we love it.

    Thickly sliced whole onions and tatties, alternated layers with bacon of your choice in between. Don't add salt or water. Layer in a big casserole with a well-fitting lid and cook in the oven until the onions and tatties are tender.

    Default Veggie alternative

    Used to make it with sliced tatties, cheese and onion (veggie twist). Yummy....add any other veggie you like...
