King Arthur left court to fight on some Crusade and before going decided to fit a chastity belt to Gwenevere. The device was based on the guillotine principle and would swiftly remove any member trying to pass through the aperture.
On Arthur's return he arranged an inspection of the Knights of the realm and was furious to find all had either their fingers missing or more serious.
