    Does anyone have a recipe for Tiffin (Tiffen?) ? I have searched various web sites and cant find any reference.

    Hi, Do you mean Tiffin Slice ? if so here's a site

    I used to love tiffin!Word of warning though the last time I had it ,it was directly from the fridge and I lost a tooth havent eaten it since then funnily enough x
    The nice thing about living in a small place is that if you dont know what you are doing....there's always somebody who does,or thinks they do! x

    What an interesting site, not just for the recipes but for the stories told, example - The Sooty Scone, Scottish Life in 1730, The Christening Meal, and on and on ! Wonderful stories these are . Thanks windswept.
