    Default Starter

Wrap parma ham around a large mushroom filled with chopped stilton. Grill or oven cook until cheese melts.

    Nice fast starter or snack.

Line a terrine dish with food wrap then line this with parma ham. Then layers of thinly sliced chicken, pesto and roasted red pepper (drizzle with olive oil and put in oven for 20-25 mins, cool, skin and deseed). fill a roasting dish with water and place terrine dish in the roasting dish. cook for about 75 minutes then press and refrigerate overnight. serve with salad leaves and a red pepper dressing (use leftover red pepper if you have any).
Have also substituted the red pepper with buffalo mozzarella (for those that don't like peppers).

favorite parma ham dish has to be melon with parma ham, great as a starter. Exactly as it says : Melon(cubed) with parma ham in thin strips, over the top! Emmmm.

was going to say the same, melon with parma ham. I have always done it with long thin slices of the melon.
If using catilope fresh ground pepper works well (odd but true)
