    Default Buzzards at Yarrows (photos)

Went for a wee walk with the camera up at Yarrows and found a few buzzards. I saw 4 together at one time and they were all about 300m from the nest site which I identified on a small rocky outcrop.

The wind was a bit blowy which made photos a little difficult, but here are a couple (I will put these in the photo forum too). Not my best pics, but a nice record all the same.

    Both the same bird.

Has anyone else seen this buzzard family?

    cheers,

    Sam

Thank! It was a little tricky, these are not my best as I had to retreat from the rain.

Cheers! I am hoping to get back up there this week or next, weather depending (and hopefully my new lens will be here too).

Wonderful pics. Enjoy the birds while you can. They won't be there long if the Yarrows windfarm gets built.
The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
