Office Manager
At Gow Groundworks, smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We’re looking for an office manager who has excellent organisational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The office manager will provide strong, reliable support for operations by creating procedures and communicating them companywide.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day running of a busy construction office
- Management of two office staff
- Dealing with clients via phone, email and face to face
- Competent with Microsoft software including one drive and Microsoft Teams
- Ensuring training is kept up to date including booking and applications for renewals etc
- Meetings - minute taker, distribution
- Distributing information to employees
- Oversee the updates for all accreditations and insurances
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in office management
- Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
- Ability to delegate workload fairly
- Able to work well in a team
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
