SENIOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE SUPPORT WORKER EAST CAITHNESS - BAND 3 (Salary £25,468 - £27,486 pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holder will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.
Experience not required, although of benefit. Full training will be provided and the applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.

A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.

This is a permanent part time post of 31.1 hours working a dual shift 07.00 – 11.00 and 17.00 - 22.00 hours, worked on a rota basis of four days on four days off or in line with service requirements
