    Default Wick Harbour 1864 Deaths

    Hi Guys,
    Long time no see!
Just wanted to pick some history buffs brains.
Doing a bit of ancestry on hubby's side, and noticed that his ancestor drowned in the harbour in Feb. 1864 at 34 years old. He was a fisherman, no surprise there. The name was Archibald Miller, but what I noticed were that deaths on that page of the records were drowning in wick harbour at the same time. Was there something that happened? It wasn't the big loss of life with the fishing boats I don't think. Any help would be gratefully received.
    Brandy
