Default Swallows have arrived in Brough.

The Swallows have just arrived here in Brough. Very late this year. Still wonderful to see them again.

Headwark, that's good to hear because the House Martins should be close behind them. We've noticed the House Martins have been getting later and later each year. Ten years ago they arrived at the end of March, beginning of April and by May had their nests built and laid their first eggs. When you consider the journeys they undertake they really are fantastic wee birds.
