Ashley Ann is looking to recruit a new member of staff to work in our Customer Service team in Wick.
This is a permanent full-time position. However, we would consider part-time if more suited to individuals.
You will provide an aftercare service to our retail and trade customers and manage queries from the factory.
We are looking for the following skills:
An exceptional communicator with a natural ability to interact with our customers and solve their problems
To provide a professional service at all times.
Excellent attention to detail.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Starting rate is 8.72 per hour. Ashley Ann has a performance-related pay structure.
