We are looking to recruit an experienced cook or chef to assist our busy kitchen team. The applicant should have experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment at the level of Commis chef or higher. You must be willing to work early for breakfast shifts and late for dinner service. You will also be expected to work weekends.
Your role will involve assisting the head chef during lunch and dinner service. You will also be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast for up to 40 guests.
Remuneration will be dependant on experience/ability.
